Official Contest Rules – OUTtv Subscription Giveaway

No purchase necessary. By participating in this contest, you agree to these official contest rules.

1. Eligibility

• This contest is open to legal residents of Canada and the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

 

2. Contest Period

• The contest begins on March 27, 2025, at 12:00 AM PST and ends on March 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM PST (the "Contest Period").

• Entries received after the Contest Period will not be considered.

 

3. How to Enter

• To enter the contest, participants must:

  • Follow @goodgrief_series on Instagram and

  • Tag one friend in the comments of the contest post. Each additional friend tagged counts as an additional entry.

  • Keep fingers crossed and hope for the best!

• No purchase is necessary to enter. Multiple entries are allowed, but each entry must be a unique comment tagging a different friend.

 

4. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a one-year subscription to OUTtv Direct (accessible via OUTtv’s website only, not available on the OUTtv app or any other distribution platform like Amazon or Apple TV). The approximate retail value of the prize is CAD $120 (subject to change).

• No cash equivalent will be offered, and the prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.

 

5. Winner Selection

• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram and announced in the stories of @goodgrief_series on April 2, 2025.

 

6. Winner Requirements

• The selected winner must respond to the direct message from @goodgrief_series within 48 hours of the notification. If no response is received within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.

 

7. General Terms

• This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, OUTtv, or any other third-party distribution platform. OUTtv is solely being tagged for the purposes of this giveaway, and is not involved in the creation or administration of the contest or its terms and conditions.

• By entering, participants agree to release Instagram, OUTtv, and @goodgrief_series from any liability, loss, or damage arising from the contest or acceptance of the prize.

 

8. Privacy

• By entering the contest, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information in accordance with the privacy policy of @goodgrief_series.

 

9. Right to Modify or Cancel Contest

• @goodgrief_series reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

 

10. Compliance with Laws

• This contest is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the contest is conducted and is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

 

11. Agreement to Official Rules

• By entering this contest, participants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of @goodgrief_series, which are final and binding in all respects.
